Function of WUFLEX-Pumps

WUFLEX-pumps are of rotary-piston design and positive-displacement type, respectively. The excentric rotary-type piston (rotor) moves the liquid volume from the inlet connection to the pressure connection. This rotor is sealed by means of an elastic bellow which, for its part, being pressed on the pump body block wall protects flange and cover plate as well as rotor and the housing inner parts against any pumped fluid. Thus only the body block inner surface and bellow outer surface will risk contact corrosion, with the latter being, therefore, the only component subject to natural wear.
